During its 25 years of operation, the KÖZ-Pont Youth Association has launched numerous programs in line with the mission formulated by the association: the development of young people, the transfer of practical skills and competencies, preparing them for higher education, professional environments, and adult life. In this case study, we present the Suliplussz program implemented between 2018 and 2021 with the participation of the association (under the management of the Eötvös József Education Center) and the programe's impact, particularly on youth mentoring and its methodology. Therefore, we present the detailed content, the structure, and the results of the mentoring program. By presenting the process and results, our goal is to draw attention to the need for and the importance of mentoring and to offer professional ideas and opportunities to other organizations who mentor disadvantaged youth.
